After 9 years of dedicated research and development, Nico Worldwide Inc. is proud to introduce the first ever, organic nicotine molecule replacement drink NICLite^®.

Meet Our Management Team.

The following individuals are Executive Officers, Directors, and Members of the Company's Medical Advisory Board:


J. Robert Knight - Founder, Chairman of the Board and CEO.

In 1999, Mr. Knight developed a process that isolates and removes the color, taste and odor of nicotine.

Mr. Knight was the Chief Executive Officer and President of International Marketing, LLC which was responsible for the marketing of Herbal Life products through the development of the first infomercials on television in the early 1980's.

Subsequent to marketing Herbal Life, Mr. Knight founded Maryse Nicole Originals, which manufactured and marketed porcelain collector dolls. Mr. Knight sold the company to the Franklin Mint in 1993.


Dana Swan - Chief Operating Officer and a Director.

Dana has been a successful business operator and innovator for over 30 years. He has invented many products for which he has obtained various patents and is currently responsible for the development and manufacture of the concentrate used in NICLite^®.


Daniel Zipser - Director, Secretary and Vice-President of Corporate Affairs.

Daniel received a B.S. in Accounting from UCLA and a J.D. in Law from UCLA and was a corporate securities attorney for over 25 years. He was a member of the law firm Weinberg, Zipser, Arbiter, and Heller & Quinn.

Daniel was also an officer and director for Pacific International Services Corp (Dollar Rent A Car of Hawaii) and Natural Organics Inc. (Great Earth Vitamins).


Edmond J. Coblentz - Director.

Edmond received a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Costa Rica and retired after 36 years of service at AT&T in 1997.

Edmond is also the founder and Director of Coblentz International Consulting, a consulting firm specializing in representing companies involved in reciprocal trade in the international markets of the United States, Latin America and the Caribbean.

Edmond's expertise is primarily focused in advising clients "How to do business in Latin America and the Caribbean". He has been working in the marketing development of NICLite^® for the past three years.


Randall W. Maxey - Director and the Medical Director.

Dr. Maxey is a physician specializing in renal medicine and received a B.S. in Pharmacy from the University of Cincinnati, a PhD in Cardiovascular Pharmacology and an M.D. from Howard University.

Dr. Maxey has been President of Drew Medical Association and Region VI of the American Medical Association, and was the President of the National Medical Association from which he retired in August 2005.


Diane Stacey - D.D.S., M.S. - Board of Directors.

Dr. Stacey is currently practicing pediatric dentistry and orthodontics in Las Vegas, Nevada, where she is the first and only dual specialist. She received her B.S. from Oregon State University, her D.D.S. from the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry and her M.S. from the University Of Detroit School Of Dentistry.

Dr. Stacey completed a two-year residency at University Hospitals of Cleveland and received a specialty certificate in pediatric dentistry from Case Western Reserve University and a specialty certificate in orthodontics from the University of Detroit.

Martin L Simon - Vice President of Sales and Marketing

Martin is a highly successful business entrepreneur. After attending Santa Barbara City College of Business and creating a successful business called Simonite, he founded and developed a Recycling and Manufacturing Repping Company called Martinair & Associates, in which he was the CEO for 25 years. His extensive background experience as a Manufacturers' Representative includes working out of China and the United States for eight years. Martin has won several awards for ‘Best Salesman of the Year'!

He has always been interested in the Healing Arts and the healing properties of water. Martin is a certified Watsu Practitioner (healing water exercise) and owner of an Original Samadhi Healing Floatation Tank. An attraction to the healing powers of water and its application to human health led him to Nico Worldwide and NICLite®, which he has now been selling for over 3 years.

Mr. Simon's military service in Vietnam and the Marine Corp along with his successful business experiences and his continuous practice of healthy living through food, yoga, and meditation make him a sensitive and superb business leader. He believes that the secret to his success is great service with high integrity.


Paul J. Wadley - VP Operations.

Paul received a B.S. in Political Science and a M.S. in Humanities.

Paul has been an operational manager for many companies over the past 30 years including Harmony Foods.


Meet Our Medical Advisory Board.

Comprised of a select group of physicians and individuals who have outstanding accomplishments in the medical and scientific fields. The primary function of this august body is to assist the Company and its Medical Director in areas of research, product development, regulatory affairs, clinical trials and all projects regarding medicine and health care.


J. Gary Davidson, M.D.

Dr. Davidson received a B.A. from Pomona College and a M.D. from UCLA and is a certified Oncologist and Hematologist, and has been Chief of Staff of both West Hills Hospital and Northridge Hospital in Los Angeles, California.

Dr. Davidson interned and was a resident at Wadsworth Hospital, Veterans Administration, Los Angeles, California. He practices hematology and oncology as a member of North Valley Hematology/ Oncology Medical Group in Northridge, California.


Jory F. Goodman M.D.

Dr. Goodman received a B.A. from Northwestern University and a M.D. from USC and is a Psychiatrist in private practice, specializing in Neuropsychiatry and is on the staff at St. Joseph Hospital in Nashua, New Hampshire.

Dr. Goodman interned and was a resident at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, Los Angeles, California.

Dr Goodman is certified by the National Board of Medical Examiners and the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and is licensed to practice in California, Colorado and New Hampshire.


Jack Rosberg - PhD.

Dr. Rosberg received a B.A. in Psychology from California State at Los Angeles, a M.A. in Psychology from NYU and a PhD in Psychology.

Dr. Rosberg has been a Psychologist for over 50 years and founded the Anne Sippi Clinic for the Treatment of Schizophrenia in Los Angeles, California in 1976. He is currently the Executive Director for the Anne Sippi Foundation for Training and Research.


Norman H. Narchi M.D.

Graduated from the University of Vienna Medical School. Rotating internship at St. Francis Hospital, Miami Beach, Florida. Residency training program in Neurology at Northern University Chicago. Fellowship in Neurology at Chicago Medical School Neurology Department. Staff Neurology and instructor at the University of Illinois, Department of Neurology. Medical License State of California 1974. Diplomat of the American Board of Neurology and Psychiatry 1997. Currently in private practice.

W. Paul Sullivan - R. Ph.

Paul has been a pharmacist for over 30 years and received a B.S. from the School of Pharmacy of Duquesne University in 1963 and was engaged in graduate studies in business and economics at California State University at Fullerton in 1971-2.

Inc. Magazine recognized Paul as Entrepreneur of the Year in 1988.

Paul has been a member of senior management and a consultant for many major corporations including AmeriSource Bergen Drug Co., McKesson Robbins Drug Division and Time Warner.

Paul currently is an officer, director and shareholder in Signature Health Partners, a company he founded in 2001, which developed Nutriscan, a personalized online health assessment marketed through doctors and other health professionals.
